DRONA (MPV), a perfect for mine protection vehicle, is based on creating the maximum distance and protection between the seat of a cabin and mine explosion. The front fenders and the hood are attached to the chassis to reduce the shock against blast, transmitted to the cabin. The front wheel base, are located forward of the crew cabin and when selected, a 'V' shape-armoring cell protects the rear wheels, so that if a mine detonates under the wheel, the burst of explosion is diverted outwards, thus minimizing the damage to the crew cabin. Drona (MPV) has top speed of 145 kmph & 95 kmph.

DRONA MPV (D-1) comes fitted with Runflats, all terrain tyres, self recovery winch, rotating turret with weapon mounting station. RHD or LHD. weapon mounts, smoke grenade launchers.

The DRONA MPV (S-1) has a fully integrated protection system comprising of a V-shaped hull to provide mine blast protection and a composite crew pod to provide both blast and ballistic protection.

The system includes mine blast seats and can be configured to meet specific operational threats.
