PN-B guidance unit (hereinafter the unit) designed to produce a video signal of a target and to generate the missile control field in the laser beam at distances from 50 to 5000 m. The device is made in NF (normal and frost) and U (uniform) climatic modifications.
The device is installed at armored vehicles as part of the fire control system.
- Detection range for a 2.5 m×2.5 m tank-type ground target in a daylight and under meteorological visibility distance not less than 25 km under terrain ambient lighting from100 to 104 lux with min. 0.5, km target to background contrast: not less than 6.5 km
- Detection range for a 2.5 m×2.5 m tank-type ground target in a daylight and under terrain ambient lighting not less than 0.5 lux: not less than 2.5 km
- Angular dimensions of the aiming channel's field of view: not less than 1°40′×1°10′
