Defence Conseil lnternational - whose major stockholder is the French government - is a specialised consulting, training and service company. It aims to help friendly foreign government acquire and makethe best use of France's technological and operational know how indefence. Specialised for each type of military force, namely the Army, the Navy and the Air Force, DCI operates within the scope defined by the Defence Ministry in close collaboration with the Headquarters ofthe Armed Forces and the French General Directorate for Armament (DGA) which provide the company with the necessary specialised personnel and training facilities to guarantee the quality of its service. The operational lines of business of DCI are COFRAS, NAVFCO, AIRCO and DESCO and their missions are operational and tactical training, operational support, maintenance and consultancy.
