This discharges screening smoke to conceal the movement of vehicles and troops. The grenade is air burst to ensure a good dispersion of the submunitions regardless of the vehicle attitude. The smoke composition has an extremely low incendiary hazard. The V102 is similar but has a range of 60 to 90m.
