For carrying out transport and handling operations, a front loader is used. The working body of the loader is a bucket mounted on an articulated frame. The mobile television set consists of a television camera, a light and an electrical drive of guidance.

The operator's equipment includes a control panel, a power supply and distribution unit, a loudspeaker unit, two video devices, and a transceiver control unit.
