OIP Sensor Systems’ Visible and Near Infra-Red Imaging System (Viniris) is a family of imaging systems developed over OIP’s long experience in the fi eld of observation equipment and fi re control systems. OIP Sensor Systems is proud to introduce a new development in the VINIRIS family, the Viniris Extended Range (ER) and Wide view (WV)systems. The Viniris ER and WV are VIS/NIR CCD cameras enclosed in a hermetically sealed unit and designed as a Line Replaceable Unit (LRU), particularly for integration into observation, fi re control and remote control weapon station systems.

Based around a high performance 36x optical zoom lens, incorporating a custom designed optical extender, the Viniris WV system provides outstanding image quality from 57,8˚ through to 1,7 ˚and accuracy with a bore sight tolerance of less than ,5 mrad.
