KADDB is structured as an independent Governmental military-civilian agency existing within the JAF. KADDB operates as a Trading Fund and is tasked with operating to best commercial practice with pre-determined performance targets. KADDB is financed through the defence vote as well as by income earned from its customers. KADDB employs approximately 200 military and civilian personnel within its two Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
