Home-grown Pesaka Astana (M) Sdn Bhd is one of the few automotive players in Malaysia to have its own product development and designs, under its brand name"AMDAC" Perhaps, it is one of the first in the country to have its own intellectual proprietary rights (IPRs).

Apart from having the IPRs for the axle and chassis for custom-built vehicles as well as the waterjet propulsion system, Pesaka Astana has the technical know-how and capabilities to undertake procurement, fabrication and installation of military vehicles, fire and rescue vehicles as well as specialised vehicles for port and airport authorities.

It has leveraged its strength on the integrated manufacturing system (IMS) process and the 'Just-in-Time' production system. With the IMS, various components are integrated from various sources to produce the customised vehicles according to its customers' requirements and specification.

Also key to its manufacturing process is stardardisation, compatibility and inter-changeabilitybringing about greater flexibilitycost-effectiveness and logistical advantages to our customers.
