The Scandinavian Demining Group is the developer and producer of the SCANJACK Mechanical Mine Clearing System. The SCANJACK system was after intensive tests of different Mine Clearing Systems chosen by the Swedish Army to be included in its international Engineering Battalion. The SCANJACK is equipped with double rotating flails that gives outstanding clearing efficiency and safety for the driver, “Do it Twice and do it Properly”. The System is built on a 8X8 wheeled/tracked terrain chassis for extraordinary tactical mobility and has been in use in The Balkans since year 1999 and has proven to be one of the most reliable and cost efficient mineclearing systems on the market. An average of 10000 sqm per day is the area-clearance capability when performing Demining operations.
