MISTA Ltd. is a private company established in 1991. All shares are owned by members of the board.
From the beginning MISTA Ltd has been dealing with construction and road building equipment industry.
For the first few years the company worked as a sole representative for Russian manufacturers of motorgraders and Belarusian manufacturers of loaders and loader-excavators.
In 1996 MISTA's engineers started to work out the motor grader of their own design, and very shortly the company launched the very first unit of their own model, named RD165. While working on that project MISTA started good and long term cooperation with such well-known global producers as: CUMMINS, IVECO, DEUTZ, BOSCH-REXROTH, SAUER-DANFOSS, ZF PASSAU GmbH, NAF GmbH, POCLAIN HYDRAULICS which is still alive and developing, providing the graders with best quality, highest efficiency, most modern technology, that meets up-to-date world markets requirements and make them competitive to all global-known brands.
