Milrem was founded in 2013 by SEBE Ltd. The mission of the company is to be a reliable partner in the defence and security sector, offering flexible product development solutions and full life cycle support for heavy vehicles.

Since the beginning of 2014 Milrem has been providing maintenance and repair works for the Estonian Defence Forces XA-180, XA-188 and other military vehicles.

Milrem is developing a mobile command post and an unmanned tracked vehicle for military purposes.

Repair, maintenance and development operations are conducted in two workshops – one in Tallinn and one in Võru.

Milrem has an extensive cooperation with the Estonian Defence Forces through the XA-180 and XA-188 armoured vehicle procurement.

  • Milrem is the official partner of BAE Systems Hägglunds in Estonia. The two companies have a mutual interest memorandum to share know-how in the defence sector

  • The cooperation agreement with the Technical University of Tallinn involves cooperation in research and development, studies and public relations

  • The cooperation with the Tallinn University of Applied Sciences involves exchanging and sharing information that helps the development of the mechatronics field in Estonia

  • Milrem is an active member of the Estonian Defence Industry Union

  • Cooperation with the Finnish company Patria is based on spare parts procurement
