KMW IWS-35 remote controlled weapon station armed with an ATK Armament Systems 35 mm Bushmaster III cannon and .50 calibre co-axial MG. It has also 40 mm grenade launchers.

The new system, designated IWS-35, was developed for tracked and wheeled armoured fighting vehicles.

It is made from all-welded aluminium armour and features electric traverse (through 360°) and elevation drives. The elevation is governed by the size of weapon fitted, where the MG can point up to 65°, the Bushmaster is limited to 35°. The vehicle also boasts an electric drive back-up system.

The KMW IWS-35 RWS .50 calibre MG is mounted to the right of the ATK Armament Systems 35 mm Bushmaster III.

In addition to conventional ammunition, the Bushmaster III can fire a high-explosive air-bursting munition, which is fed to the cannon via a linkless handling system.
