Founded in 1977, Industrial Laser Electronics and Engineering AG (I.L.E.E.) is headquartered in Urdorf, Switzerland. A member of Rheinmetall Defence since 2003, I.L.E.E. forms part of the Group’s Electro-optical Components business unit. Specializing in military and industrial laser applications, the company has accumulated outstanding knowledge in the use of laser technology, which it independently develops, produces and markets. I.L.E.E. includes numerous government agencies, special units and leading system houses among its clients, having built a global reputation for excellence. Since 1998 I.L.E.E. has maintained a standardized quality assurance system and is certified by SQS in accordance with ISO9001:2008. I.L.E.E. products include:
