Silver Star Co., Ltd. was established in 1965 as the first fishing rod maker in Korea. And also is taking a forerunner position in manufacturing as well as researching & developing for military equipment ranging from helmets to the component parts of weapone & ammunition. Silver Star has started main business activities with the Korean made nylon reinforced plastic (NRP) Ballistic Helmet which was developed & produced by the technique of our own technicians, since it was appointed as a munition factory by government in 1974.

We succeeded in developing high ballistic protectionaramid helmet(1985) and polyethylene helmet(1992). We've been trying to develope and improve other composite ballistic helmets with innovative technologies, services and systems.
