SMC was established in 1954 as a manufacturer of telecommunications masts and a supplier of radio equipment and antennas to the amateur radio market. Since then the company has grown and left behind its amateur beginnings and now has a complete range of military specification products including pneumatic telescopic masts, a precision mast; top X - Y positioner for use with microwave, laser, surface movement radar and CCTV and a range of military man pack and fixed station HF antennas. Also forming part of our manufactured goods are HF baluns and loads ranging from 20 watts to 30kW,
