MEGARAY HAND HELD SEARCHLIGHT The Megaray handheld searchlight system provides exceptionally long distance illumination sufficient to read the small print of a newsletter at 1,2km (MR-125), while the unit is compact and lightweight enough for hand portable operation. The system is capable of sufficiently illuminating objects for identification and observation purpose over distances up to and beyond 2000m (MR-1750).The system utilises a unique lens system to collimate and focus its intense light beam, generated by a short-arc Xenonlight source. The complete system comprises a light unit;24VDC portable sealed lead acid battery pack custom designed 24VDC battery charges and two'clip-on' IR filters. |
